Our farm near Koyun Island is completely isolated from industrial development and major municipal discharge, minimizing chemical and biological contamination risks.
We perform regular microbiological, heavy metal, and biotoxin testing in accredited laboratories before and after harvest. Additionally, inspectors from the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry perform regular audits and independent analyses.
Our 48-hour UV depuration process ensures any potential bacterial load is cleared. Every package is labeled with traceability data, so you can track precisely when and where your mussels were harvested and purified.
